Purchases Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories), and Canada. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Lotus Integrative Medicine is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.

Purchasing Times
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. In most instances, if your order is placed before 11am PST on a weekday, we’ll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 11am PST on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it out the next possible business day.

Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories): All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite your order for an additional charge. Expedited Shipping methods are not available for shipments to Canada. Expedited Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your BackInBand® products, contact our customer service at support@BackInBand.com, and you may return them within 30 days of your order date. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty product, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only).

Please include your order number and take note of the return tracking number. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping).

  • Email customer service with any issues to: support@BackInBand.com and provide them with your order number, and pictures if there is something wrong with your product(s).
  • Pack up the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit, include original packing slip with order number, seal the package.
  • Take note of the return tracking number.
  • All product returns need to be shipped to the following address:

  • Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be refunded. Returns from Canada should be shipped via an insured shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss.

Product Guarantee
Lotus Integrative Medicine unconditionally guarantees our products from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase when used as directed.

Goods Damaged In Transit
The acceptance of a shipment by our shipping company of choice is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered in good condition and properly packed. Goods damaged in transit to customer are the responsibility of the customer to report to Lotus Integrative Medicine within 24 hours so a damage claim can be processed through the shipping company. Upon receipt of all goods, the customer should inspect the packaging for any visible damages.
